The F/V Hannah Boden

The F/V Hannah Boden was commissioned in 1982 by the legendary late fisherman Bob Brown. She was built as a combination lobster and long-line swordfish boat at Eastern Marine Shipbuilding in Florida.

Linda Greenlaw first took the helm of the Hannah Boden as captain in 1989 and was at the wheel during the infamous Perfect Storm of 1991.

In 2010 the Hannah Boden returned to her glory days as a Grand Banks swordfishing vessel and the camera crew of the Discovery Channel captured her maiden return for its viewers on “Swords: Life on the Line”.
